Produktinformationen "Zimbra Collaboration Suite"

Zimbra Collaboration Server (ZCS) and Zimbra Appliance (ZCA) licenses are sold per user mailbox in bundled packs of 25, 250 and 2,500. Packs are available as annual, multi-year and perpetual software licenses.

 

Zimbra Support

Zimbra customers have access to Zimbra's highly-regarded Technical Support Program. Two Support Package tiers are offered: Advantage and Premium.

Unless otherwise noted, all packages come with Advantage support included and can be upgraded to Premium support at a minimal cost.

All packages have Advantage support included and can be upgraded to Premium support at a minimal cost. Zimbra offers two software-only packages, Zimbra Collaboration Server Starter Edition and Zimbra Appliance Basic that are not eligible for Zimbra Support.

Support Packages

Support Packages are determined by your Network Edition contract type. Please see the pricing page for more information on these options. The table below shows the different Packages: Premium and Advantage, as well as "Trials" (Support for those using the 60-day Network Edition trial).
